Dinner Tuesday–SundayWalk-ins welcomeMade for sharing
We start with corn, flame and time. Tortillas are pressed for service; chillies are toasted before they become salsa; meats and vegetables take colour over charcoal. The menu moves from crisp tostadas and tacos to larger plates for the middle of the table, with acidity and fresh herbs keeping the smoke in balance.
The bar is sharp, cold and citrus-led. Margaritas arrive bright rather than sweet, agave spirits are poured with care, and Mexican beer sits beside small Australian producers. Zero-proof drinks receive the same attention: fresh fruit, toasted spice, salt and a clean finish.
Harbour Quarter
A generous set-menu evening inspired by the foods placed at the heart of Día de Muertos gatherings. Expect mole, pan de muerto and a table filled with marigold colour. This fictional showcase event is written with respect for the tradition it references.
